Supreme Court

  • What did you learn about the Supreme Court that you didn't already know?

    • That they get about 7000 cases a year and about 100 per week

  • What is the most important take-away point about the Supreme Court?

    • They get to choose the cases they want to work by a majority of judges wanting to take on that case

  • What was the most surprising thing you learned?

    • They release their final statements on the case to the public after a case has been decided

  • How did the video change the way you thought of the Supreme Court?

    • It showed me that the Supreme Court is more of a "For the People" body of government, they don't hide too much from the public compared to Congress and the President
