Relationship with social media          My relationship with social media is very well maintained, or at least I would like to think that it is. Everyone leaves a digital footprint in the world by doing anything online. So how do you know how big your footprint is, pretty simple check is to search up your name and see what shows up. When I searched up my name all I was able to find was my LinkedIn profile picture. I use the internet and technology every waking minute of my life, and I have managed to not have a huge online presence.  Using Social Media     When it comes to using social media I will tell you I don't use it often. I have almost every social media app you know of, but I never post anything, and only use Instagram on occasion.  Vertical Integration Vertical integration is the combination of two or more stages of stages of production. This means that companies can pay less for their materials they need instead of outsourcing. This is used in plenty of corporations to get rid of competition and spend less money on items. While this method can help improve cutting costs and streamline the process of making supply’s it also has it’s negative effects. Having to merge two companies together is a big deal, and that gets even harder when the management team within the company has to take on more work, since the merger.      Vertical Integration is what bigger corporations use to better understand the market since they control the buying of materials to produce their product to be more streamlined. This cuts out other parts and cuts down on expenses for buying the products from the manufacturer.  Vaping Vapes have been around for plenty of years now. It used to not be as popular because many people were skeptical of it. So why did it eventually become popular for a long time and then fall off after a few years? This is a very relevant Diffusion Theory, since most teens were the people that adapted to using the vapes.   People weren’t really accustomed to electronic nicotine devices for a while once they came out. People started to pick them up after a while and then they grew in popularity. As teenagers got a hold of vapes and older people started buying them to sell, the increase in popularity increased therefore making the bell curve of Diffusion Theory go forward. After the huge increase in people using vapes, many studies came out saying that vapes were bad for you and you should quit. The diffusion theory is proven by this trend and many other trends that came about.

 TED Talks Everyone knows that the government and other companies can access your data with certain things, but how much do they actually have of us. The government and companies are just keeping a bunch of data that could prove to be useful if you do something wrong eventually. Why do we need these companies keeping information about us when we are not harmful to anyone. The government likes that the private companies can get ahold of our information and that the FA doesn't work the same for them. We can use more secure browsers, fake accounts, we just need to stop giving the private companies our personal information all the time. We need to voice ourselves more so that we can improve our overall privacy, so the government can’t buy our information from companies.

  History of PC The personal computer (PC) that we all know and use everyday was once something that would take up a whole room. Companies that were able to make computers feasible for people to buy for home usage was a small company MITS which made the first computer for people to buy called the Altair.      Early Production of PC Once the Altair was released to the public, some hobbyists took this as an opportunity to form a company and make computers cheaper to make and sell. Apple was the leading company that was formed and then there were two other mass produced computers that were sold at the time. IBM who was once the most dominate computer company for a long time didn't come around until 1981.   EOTO Pres. While listening to the EOTO presentations the one technology that caught my eye the most was the lens. I thought it was very interesting how the lens has pretty much been around since the Egyptians. I always find it really interesting that ancient civilizations were able to figure these sort of things our with just quarts to make it look like eyes on a statue are moving. I also find it interesting that a chemical could react to light and make a picture. The interesting part however is that the process use to take hours, and now we  have figured out how to make it take seconds to take a photo.

  Anti-War Websites     The modern technologies that the world has at it's fingertips can be awfully freighting sometimes. I want to understand why we as America say we care about freedom of speech and want to criticize the government if they are doing something bad, yet we are somewhat banned by private companies such as Google, Twitter, Instagram, etc.      Websites like  Antiwar  and  American Conservative  are two of many websites that I have never heard of, I feel like most of these websites are shadow banned to where they try to hide it, but not completely delete it. If the government isn't supposed to control exactly what we can see. Why is the government trying to make how they look a certain way, what are they trying to hide from us. Our base foundation was supposed to be upon freedom and being able to criticize government so the people have more power than the government itself.

Free Expression   The United States was founded upon giving people more freedoms. Since we were once a colony under Britain we wanted more of a voice and freedoms. All of these values have been through some sort of change or disagreement on what it should protect and who it protects. I think that the two that stand out to me are Individual Self-Fulfillment and Promote Innovation. These two ideas go hand and in with each other. Without the ability of free speech, our ideas and thoughts could be limited, resulting in a less advanced and expressive society. Promote Innovation is one of the most important values for a lot of different jobs, for example Game Designers have to just put out ideas that they think of to improve a game or make a completely new game. This is from Sonic the Hedgehog movie, on the left was Sonic's original design and the right is what it was changed to after fans we're not happy with the original design choice.   What did you learn about the Supreme Court that you didn't already know? That they get about 7000 cases a year and about 100 per week What is the most important take-away point about the Supreme Court? They get to choose the cases they want to work by a majority of judges wanting to take on that case What was the most surprising thing you learned? They release their final statements on the case to the public after a case has been decided How did the video change the way you thought of the Supreme Court? It showed me that the Supreme Court is more of a "For the People" body of government, they don't hide too much from the public compared to Congress and the President

I don't typically keep up with everything that comes across the mainstream news. I use some social media to get that type of information from but most of the stuff I look at is gaming news. So here are the top 5 sites I use to find that type of information.  Kotaku   Kotaku is generally the most used website for gaming news. What I like about Kotaku is that it doesn't just let you know about new features in a game, or it's expected release date. Kotaku takes it a step further and talks about the gaming community as a whole, such as drama that is happening on Twitch. Kotaku sheds some light on how the gaming community can be widespread and still have it's struggles to deal with from certain creators. IGN IGN is a place where you would go to find some reviews of games, new superhero shows, and much more. IGN likes to mostly just give the readers a slight insight to how a game might actually feel while playing, rather then just looking at a trailer and hoping it's good
